Terms of Service

By using DIY Audio Lab you accept these terms. They exist mainly to be clear that a calculator is a design aid, not a guarantee about a box you have not built yet.

Use of the tools

The calculator is provided free of charge for personal and commercial enclosure design. You may use the results in your own build documents. You may not scrape, resell or repackage the site as your own product.

Accuracy and estimates

Volumes, port lengths and tuning frequencies are mathematical estimates based on the values you enter. Real enclosures differ because of bracing, glue beads, driver basket geometry, port end conditions, panel flex and vehicle cabin gain. Always sanity-check against your driver manufacturer’s recommended volume range.

No liability

We are not responsible for wasted material, damaged drivers, amplifier failure, injury during fabrication, or any loss arising from decisions made using these results. Cutting, routing and mounting work is done at your own risk and with your own safety equipment.

Availability

The site is offered as-is and may be changed, interrupted or withdrawn without notice. We make no promise of uninterrupted availability.

Governing terms

These terms are the whole agreement between you and DIY Audio Lab regarding the site. If any part is unenforceable, the remainder still applies.
